It's Friday, Issue #11

Welcome to summer! Someday the sun might return to LA, but for now it’s still chilly and overcast out; as I type this, I’m wearing my fall jacket and my feet are blocks of ice.

To start the week, Bean missed his first day of camp. Hives had broken out across his torso and he was hit with some stomach issues. He is fine now—it was a weird, mild, itchy virus—and he went to camp the next day. But still. This was his fancy coding camp. Imagine lighting nearly $100 on fire and you get an idea of how this day off felt to me.
