This newsletter is going to be all over the map today because I couldn’t decide what to write about. Politics | fires and their aftermath | kid illness | upcoming travel has me scattered. Okay, first, an announcement: I sent $425 to Reproductive Freedom for All! Thank you to the new paid subscribers for raising these funds. Sending this donation was the perfect antidote to the week’s madness. (So was calling my representatives!)
Related to this topic, I’m looking forward to reading Abortion Stories: American Literature before Roe v. Wade, which comes out in March.
